We always recommend that you brush and floss your teeth and gums every morning and evening, and after meals if possible. Daily brushing and flossing will prevent plaque build-up, decay and gum disease. If you are unsure whether you oral care at home is adequate or can be improved, we are always glad to help.

Available at our office, we have a specially selected range of oral care products and aids. Some of these are specialized products that are only available at dental offices, or not widely carried at external retailers.
